Our locally sourced and free-range Christmas stock includes:

  • Turkeys from Appledore, Ashford

  • Poultry from Sutton Hoo Chicken and Longland Farm

  • Rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black Pork from Snoad Farm, Faversham

  • Dorset Cross lamb and Aberdeen Angus beef from Chilli Farm Coldred

  • Venison, pheasants, grouse and other game from Stour Valley Game

  • Gammon, salt-beef and bacon, all dry-cured in house

  • A variety of Christmas sausages such as venison port and apricot port, leek and chestnut

  • Black & white pudding and haggis

  • We are also able to prepare a range of bespoke orders
